I have the right to refuse any commission if I am uncomfortable with the request or if I believe it it is out of my abilities as an artist, or for any other reason that I am not required to disclose beyond my refusal of said request.

I work a full time job + have a puppy & these things can have an impact on my turn around/response time. Please note that any commission will take time. That said, any additional delays will be relayed as soon & efficiently as possible to maintain an accurate completion window for the commission. You can also refer to my Trello [WIP] to check on your commissions' status, but any DMs are also welcome.

I offer a full refund if I haven't started your piece & a partial refund depending on progress made. Please ask!

By commissioning me you accept that designs may be slightly simplified to accompany my style & artistic abilities but that I will also always try my best to stay true to the design.

Commissions are for personal & non-profit use ONLY.

I DO NOT AUTHORIZE ANYONE, CLIENT OR OTHERWISE, TO USE MY PERSONAL OR COMMISSIONED ART AS MEDIA FOR ANY KIND OF AI, LEARNING PROGRAM, OR NFTS.

I accept payment only through Paypal & USD at this time. Please make sure if you're paying from a different country that the amount is in USD to minimize fees! I also may require a screenshot as proof of payment to start the commission.

Payment can be made before the commission is started or after the initial sketch is received. Please note that I allow up to 3 edits to be made during the sketch phase & 2 during line art. Any additional fees will be charged $2 per edit. Excessive edits will lead to termination of the commission & a partial refund.

Updates will be given as progress of the commission is made. Additional updates can be requested but please keep in mind that depending on the distance between updates there might not be much to show!

If posting the commission to any social media (other than in private DMs) you MUST credit me as "plugnickel" or "plugn1ckel" if crediting my Twitter/tagging me on it.

Stealing or tracing my art will result in DMCA reporting & blocking/blacklisting you. I will not tolerate theft.

Personal use does not mean you can create physical memorabilia/merch of the art you have commissioned without my explicit written permission to do so.

By commissioning me you hereby agree to these TOS & that they may change at any time with or without your knowledge/update. You also acknowledge & agree that I am not required to inform you of these updates unless it impacts the nature of your commission/the payment process is incomplete & the commission hasn't started.

By commissioning me you hereby acknowledge that I may ask for ID if asked to draw mature themes (see above).

Depending on the type of commission I will provide you with a quote. Though generally commissions can take up to 1-2 months depending on life/delays. I will do my best to provide updates but any requests are more than welcome!
